About the Journal
The Asian Journal of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (AJCBT) is founded by Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapy (PACT) a renowned association of Pakistab to promote and facilitate education, training and provision of CBT. AJCBT advances research in the field of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and provides excellent, peer-reviewed papers that further knowledge of the theoretical frameworks, clinical applications, and efficacy of CBT in a variety of settings.
